BAGLESS DAYS IN OUR SCHOOL
A JOURNEY OF EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING

In alignment with the NEP 2020, our school has embraced the concept of 10 Bagless Days to provide students with joyful and stress-free learning experiences. These days encourage hands-on activities and foster a love for education through interactive and enriching experiences.
During these days, students participate in art and craft workshops, sports activities, vocational crafts designed to nurture creativity, critical thinking, and practical skills. Highlights include Subject Enrichment Activities, where academic concepts are taught through experiential methods like Math Games and crafting timelines. Students explore creativity in Craft Workshops with clay modeling, bamboo crafts, and puppet-making.
These days foster teamwork, practical skills, and real-world learning, laying the foundation for holistic growth. Positive feedback from students and parents reflects the success of this initiative, reaffirming our commitment to innovative education that prepares students for the future.

INTERNATIONAL DIMENSION IN SCHOOL

A group of Iranian Delegates visited our school for understanding the CBSE curriculum in India in 2017. Also, Sri Lankan delegates came for the cultural exchange in 2018.
Kamal Model Sr. Sec. School proudly received the British Council International Schools Award for 2018-2021, recognizing its efforts in promoting global learning and cultural exchange. This accreditation for outstanding development of the international dimension in the curriculum could be achieved by meticulously preparing a dossier on activities by our students under the guidance of our dedicated teachers.
In the academic session 2023-24, Kamal Model Sr. Sec. School proudly hosted delegates from Indonesia. They explored the school’s academic and co-curricular initiatives and appreciated its holistic education approach. This visit strengthened cross-cultural ties and highlighted the school’s global outlook.

Our school fosters creativity and awareness by encouraging students to create impactful movies, blending education with real-world issues. Through this initiative, young minds explore and address meaningful societal themes.
Produced by Kamal Model Majestic Creations,Mahatva is a compelling short film on organ donation and its life-changing impact. The story explores the profound bond between a teacher and a student while shedding light on the dark reality of organ trafficking in India.
MAHATVA has received significant recognition, being a Top 15 Nominee at the Chitra Bharati Film Festival 2024 , Top 100 Nominee at the Dadasaheb Phalke Awards, and winning 1st position at the Udaan Film Festival.
