MUN

INITIATIVES: FORMATION OF MUN COMMITTEE AND CONDUCTION OF INTER SCHOOL MUN

The MUN Committee at Kamal Model School aims to simulate real-world diplomacy and develop global awareness among students. Through activities like Inter-School MUN Conferences, essay writing, Youth Parliament, logo designing, and debates, students enhance their critical thinking, public speaking, and leadership skills. Our recent Inter-School MUN saw participation from eight schools and 194 delegates, making it a valuable platform for collaborative learning and meaningful dialogue.

PRASHAST TOOL

Kamal Model School uses the PRASHAST Tool to identify students who may need support for special needs. This early screening helps refer them to assessment camps for disability certification. The Counselling Department conducts regular orientations for teachers to enhance awareness and inclusive strategies. Identified students are supported through counselling sessions, and parents are guided with psychoeducation and referrals when needed—ensuring inclusive and timely support for every child.
