For the academic session 2025-26, admissions are open for entry level classes. For other classes admissions are done in the month of April. Process of admission to entry level class, commences from 28 November 2025.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION FOR THE SESSION 2025-26
- Nursery: Child should be at least 3 years old as on March 31 of the admission year.
- LKG: Child should be 4 years old by March 31, 2025.
- UKG: Child should be 5 years old by March 31, 2025.
- Class 1: Child should be 6 years old by March 31, 2025.
- Other Classes: Admission is usually based on availability of seats and eligibility test, children should have passed the previous class from a recognized school
- Special Reservations: Children from Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and Disadvantaged Groups (DG) have reserved seats.

PROCEDURE TO APPLY
ONLINE PROCEDURE
- Registration form for the General Category will be available on school website www.kamalmodelschool.com.
- Register your child by providing basic details.
- Fill out the application form, upload required documents and submit it before the deadline.
- After submission, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS.
OFFLINE PROCEDURE
- In case of offline admissions, parents need to collect forms from the school reception.
- After filling the form and attaching the required documents, submit it to the school office.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION
- Proof of age: Birth certificate from Municipal Corporation.
- Residence Proof: Any one of the following documents for address verification:
- Ration card issued in the name of the parents.
- Electricity or water bill.
- Aadhaar card of child and parents.
- Income certificate for (EWS/DG category): Issued by the Revenue Department.
- Cast certificate: If applicable (for reserved category students).
- Disability certificate: If applying under the disability category.
